St Anthony's Church is run by friars of the Order of Friars Minor (Conventual), better known as Franciscans. It is an architectural masterpiece built in 1928, believed to be the only Spanish-Romanesque parish church in the UK. Obligation Masses Saturday evening 6pm, Sunday 8am and 10.45am. Weekdays Monday 9am, Tuesday 6.30pm followed by St Anthony's devotions, Wednesday 9am, Thursday (No Mass), Friday 9.00am, Saturday morning 9am. Confessions Saturday 11am to 12 noon and 6.15 to 6.45pm.
